On Thursday 4 May, the company M&L Consulting Group took part in the edition of Industria Felix in Naples at the Auditorium of Città della Scienza, in which the 76 best-performing companies in terms of management, financially reliable and sometimes sustainable, residing in the Campania region.
During this prestigious event Dr. Silvia Ravani made her speech, as Senior Consultant of M&L Consulting Group, who once again underlined the strategic importance of M&A operations to better respond to the growth needs of the best entrepreneurs for the enhancement of the company on the market.

"I believe that the needs of entrepreneurs who are preparing to evaluate an M&A operation generally consist of growth needs, including through partnership agreements and business combination operations, needs to enhance the company's value on the market, possibly also in divestment perspective, and in needs related to the management of generational transitions. In this sense, an M&A operation can assume a strategic role, especially if there is a reliable forecast of the evolution of the business and the markets at the basis."
