“On the merits, I believe that a first need of entrepreneurs is evidently that of growth. In this sense, the involvement of financial and/or industrial investors may prove to be important to acquire capital and networks, also in order to facilitate access to new strategic sectors and international markets. The presence of investors with specific technical skills in the sector to which the company belongs can prove to be essential for structuring innovative solutions, also attentive to sustainability and tax profiles. A further need is connected to the enhancement of the company through listing on regulated markets or other trading venues which has undoubted advantages. Here I limit myself to mentioning, on the tax front, the tax credit of 50% within the limit of 500 thousand euros of consultancy fees incurred for the listing."
