On Monday, December 11th, in the splendid setting of Palazzo Mezzanotte, headquarters of the Italian Stock Exchange in Milan, the national edition of the Industria Felix Award 2023 took place, marking the conclusion of a long and intense series of conferences throughout the entire Italy, which have honored, stage by stage, the excellence of Italian entrepreneurship.

Among the participants was M&L Consulting Group, an established partner of the prestigious event, which, through its professionals and its network of Of-Counsel collaborators, including the Chartered Accountants of Studio Locatelli Sani Ravani & Associati, provided important moments of reflection on the main themes related to the world of extraordinary transactions in their broadest sense, through the words of co-founder Dr. Valerio Locatelli, one of the speakers at the event.

Indeed, the national edition represents the pride and strength of many entrepreneurs who, despite not always favorable macroeconomic circumstances, have turned their business into excellence both in terms of economic performance and environmental sustainability, managing to combine respect for a long entrepreneurial tradition with a forward-looking approach to innovation, increasingly constituting a catalyst for growth.

M&L Consulting Group chose to provide a specialized contribution based on the professional experience of the M&A Team, consisting of Chartered Accountants who, acting as trustees of the company, often manage to anticipate certain business dynamics due to their privileged position as observers halfway between a manager and a completely third-party advisor to the company.
