M&L, as a partner of excellence for the services provided, also participated in the last meeting of the prestigious award Felix Industry, in which was presented the survey of Industria Felix and Cerved about the most virtuous companies, in terms of turnover and social and environmental commitment, the regions of North West Italy.
March 24th took place the 47th edition of Industria Felix, 5 edition for the regions of Liguria, Piedmont and Valle D'Aosta, at the Sala Giovanni Agnelli, Unione Industriali Torino.

On stage to represent the company M&L Consulting Group, Dr. Valerio Locatelli (Partner & co-founder) who made an intervention on the interesting issue of the revaluation of the tax cost of shareholdings by natural persons and in particular illustrated a call to the Revenue Agency on the subject.

"In our request, we argued that, despite the statutory indeducibility of revalued shareholding losses, they could be used, considering the unity of the transaction, the loss generated at the time of closing as a result of the revaluation to reduce the taxation of subsequent earn-outs.
The Revenue Agency has acknowledged the validity of the interpretative solution proposed by us, dissipating an uncertainty that had lasted for many years and making the revaluation in this type of operation more attractive."
